My blog post this week is going to centered around the employees at MSA Systems and the gratitude I have for the tireless efforts, long hours, and the hard work they do. When we started several years back the owners and myself had the vision and enthusiasm to grow an outstanding company. I have to say that we have accomplished this by finding great employees and developed exceptional teams. The home office team provides excellent behind the scenes accounting and operations.
Christi, our customer service person, greets our customers over the phone and makes orders happen quicker than you can blink your eyes…she provides resolutions to technical issues for handhelds, printers, and labels. She is cheerful, helpful, and gives great service to our customers.
Our accounting department provides exceptional problem solving skills, great leadership and a cohesive bound in working hard together at making everything balance. We are all part of a supportive community here in the office. I so appreciate great attitudes and thoughtfulness from our employees. They are a cohesive and tightly woven group. Thanks for your hard work.
For our Services groups we have our WLAN/Wireless Infrastructure team lead by Jose Perez. These gentlemen are out in the field working dilengently with our customers, providing site surveys, installations of yard management and distribution centers. Our customer, Safeway, comments “Jose and his team have always provided superior service and way beyond to assist us in our deployments.” Another comment, “For me personnally I don’t ever want to work with another team to deploy network conversions and installs. We have a well oiled team between Safeway and MSA Systems.” I cannot praise this team with more respect in saying they do a superb job and have the best skills in the industry for what they do.
Next is our WMS services team headed by Bob Strack. Within this team of engineers, programmers, and WMS experts for the implementation and deployment for our turnkey solutions we sell. His team provides our customers with awesome service and training with the deployment of our software. Bob’s strategic comprehensive skills in project management lead with each customer that we serve with our deployments. “The staff of MSA Systems get in and get the job done and get it right the first time” says Marc with Agron.
Special thanks to our sales group that hunts and uncovers new opportunities and grows the customers we have by delivering excellent solutions, jobs well done, and tireless efforts to improve how we do things.
With this team behind our company it makes me happy to come to work every day. I have so much gratitude for everyone’s hard work and appreciation for the loyalty to MSA that I have to say I love my job and have the deepest admiration for our company family and I believe it shines out to all of our customers.
