1. Discovery Call

The first step is to let everyone introduce themselves and get a clear picture of the needs of all parties. We hope to walk away with a Demo Agenda for the next step.

3. Scoping Call

Once everyone sees the proposed solution, we like to dive deeper into the customer's workflows to find what makes them unique to create a Scope of Work.

2. Demontration

We believe that the best way to show our confidence in a solution is to show our software and workflows in a live demo that closely resembles the proposed solution.

4. Sign and Implement!

Once the invoice and Scope of Work are signed and the first payment is received QStock Inventory will schedule kick off calls and referral payments.

QStock Inventory Referral Program

We love that people in the QStock community, from customers to business and technology partners, refer others to QStock and we want to make it easy to thank you for recommending us and putting us in touch. As a thank you for every registered referral that becomes a customer with QStock, you are eligible for a referral bonus of 10% of the first year’s license fees. The referral bonus includes software license fees but does not include hardware or professional services. For those that this bonus applies to, there are a number of ways to receive this thank you, from check payment to credit toward services.

Rewards Details and Eligability

Making a referral to QStock Inventory is easy. You can do it one of two ways:
  1. Submit your referral online at, and send a warm introduction email to to get the ball rolling.
  2. Provide the referral information to your QStock Inventory Account Team, and they will process the referral on your behalf
A good referral lead is a C-level contact (CEO, CFO, etc.) who is an owner, founder or financial decision-maker at his or her company. Ideally, the company is small to medium in size, and specializes in one of the following industries: Technology, BioTech Life Sciences, Retail/Wholesale, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Cannabis, and Trade Services.
If you’re not sure which industry your referral specializes in, submit it anyway. We’ll be glad to call and verify the industry. Finally, we would like to reference you by name when we contact your referral.
QStock Inventory referral rewards are paid by check at least 30 days after the new client’s initial payment.
